PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction of a high speed switching circuit due to the voltage drop by providing a means supplying a current at the operation of a switching circuit. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor 7 supplies a current to an inverter 2 together with an external power supply at the operation of the inverter 2. Thus, no malfunction is caused in the high speed switching circuit due to voltage drop.
