<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a host program by providing plural virtual device coordinate systems independently of a coordinate system of a physical screen to draw the patterns to be displayed into the virtual device spaces of those virtual device coordinate systems independently of each other and projecting a designated area in each virtual device space at a pedignated position on a virtual screen. CONSTITUTION:A work program 100 holds a virtual device coordinate system VDC1 as a logical display space against each drawn contents. In this case, plural systems VDC which are not dependent on a display device are used independently of each other. Therefore the program 100 can use plural VDC1 which are logically independent of each other. Thus it is possible to give a display indication to the data to be displayed on each VDC independently of the display contents of each VDCn1 by combining the projecting relations among windows 2 and view ports 3 when the final display is composed on a virtual screen 4.</p> |
