<p>NEW MATERIAL:1, 3-Dimethyl-2-ethenyl-3-( 3-oxy-1-methylpropyl ) cyclopentene shown by formula I (R is H or OH-protecting group). USE:An intermediate for producing a promoting substance for hatching of nematode nit. PREPARATION:3-Butenylmethane is conjugately added to 3,4-dimethyl-2- cyclopentenone shown by formula II, subjected to ring closure and then to Bayer-Villiger oxidation reaction in a solvent by using an oxidizing agent to give a compound shown by formula III. This compound is reduced is reduced to give 2,5-dimethyl-2-(3-hydroxy-1-methyl-propyl)cyclopentanol, the primary hydroxyl group is protected, the secondary hydroxyl group is oxidized and the resultant substance is reacted with trifluoromethanesulfonic anhydride in the presence of a base to give a compound shown by formula IV, which is reacted with vinyltributyltin in the presence of a Pd(O) catalyst and a Li halide to give the aimed substance.</p> |
