<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an unsatisfactory printing and a blurring even after a temperature change and a change with time not only in an initial state, by a method wherein the concentration of the sodium ion in a liquid ink is determined to be less than a specific amount and an ink vessel contacting with the liquid ink is made of a resin containing any of a fatty acid, a fatty amide, and a fatty metal salt or a synthetic rubber. CONSTITUTION:In an ink vessel containing a liquid ink, the concentration of sodium ion in the liquid ink is determined to be 0.2 wt.% or less. The ink vessel contacting with the liquid ink is made of a resin containing at least one of a fatty acid, a fatty amide, and a fatty metal salt and/or a synthetic rubber. Since the concentration of sodium ion in the ink contained in the ink vessel is determined to be 0.2 wt.% or less, there is no possibility that the sodium reacts with the elnted matters from the ink vessel to produce insolubles inhibiting the flow of the ink even if the ink vessel is left at high temperature or it is left to stand over a long period of time. Therefore, the possibility of unsatisfactory printing or blurring is eliminated.</p> |
