The invention relates to a catamaran device which can easily right itself and can sail on foils. It consists of a float 1 with the mast 2, and of the other float 3 connected by an arm 4 with a pivot 5 acting as a counterweight for righting the boat. Provided with foils 9 it can sail on these.
