PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of an unnecessary sound or a harmful standing wave or the like due to an oscillation and to improve the quality of a low pitched sound excellent in an elongation and a loose feeling by fixing a specified porous acoustic material at least the internal part of a cabinet. CONSTITUTION:The cabinet 11 is constituted of a baffle board 12, both side plates 13, a bottom plate 14, a roof plate 15, a back plate 16 or the like and the attaching hole 12A of a speaker unit is provided on the baffle board 12. The acousting material 20 is horizontally disposed in the cabinet 11 and the circumference thereof is fixed to the baffle board 12, the side plate 13 and the back plate 16. This acoustic material 20 is composed of an inorganic material and made of the porous material having an elastic modulus of more than 1X10<5> kg/mm<2> and the bulk specific gravity of more than 1.5. This acoustic material 20 enhances the rigidity of the cabinet 11 and has a sound absorbing characteristic.
