PURPOSE:To add a new function such as a picture book function and the like to a recording/picture recording disk by linking the recording/picture recording disk having a stereoscopic display with printing disks so that they are freely folded. CONSTITUTION:In a fold type composite recording disk 70, the printing disks 12-18 are linked so that they are freely folded through the folding part 20 of the peripheral part in the recording/picture recording disk 10, and a shaft hole 24 is drilled in a central part. The stereoscopic display 28 is provided so that it can be undulated in the label part of the disk 10 and a write space is provided on the printing surface of the printing disk in accordance with necessity. If the stereoscopic display of animals is executed in the label part and printing for promoting and supplementing recording and picture recording is executed on the printing disk in the case of animal story or the like for little children, for example, with such a constitution, a picture book-like function can be displayed and a decorative function and a advertising function are added according to other application, whereby new goods value can be produced.
