RELEASING AGENT COATING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To preclude staining and contamination with a releasing agent by discharging the excessive releasing agent at the skin layer part of a porous member impregnated with the releasing agent by preprocessing and making the releasing agent impregnation rate of the skin layer part and an internal layer part nearly uniform or making the impregnation rate of the skin layer part lower than that of the internal layer part. CONSTITUTION:The porous member 13 impregnated with the releasing agent is arranged in contact with a roller 1 and the both contact each other with constant pressure. The porous member 13 is so constituted that the skin layer part 13A and internal layer part 13B are nearly equal in the impregnation rate of the releasing agent or that the skin layer part 13A is lower in impregnation rate than the internal layer member 13B. The porous member 13 impregnated with the releasing agent is made nearly uniform in the impregnation rate of the releasing agent by discharging the excessive releasing agent at the skin layer part 13A by the preprocessing and the porous member 13 contains no excessive releasing agent in the beginning to preclude the transfer material from being stained with the releasing agent.
