PURPOSE:To decrease the probability of collision by allowing a master station to manage the reservation to decide a frame and a reservation access slot used for data transmission, and allowing each slave station to transmit a data based on the said decision when reserved while inputting a packet added with reservation information to a preset random access slot. CONSTITUTION:A random access slot access slot accessible at any time to any slave stations 2A-2N and a reservation access slot not accessed without reservation are set to each time division multiplex frame on a satellite. At first, when the slave stations 2A-2N transmit reservation information while inputting the random access slot, the master station 1 receives the reservation information and decides the slot and frame to be reserved and transmits the result of reservation, and when the slave stations 2A-2N receive the result of reservation and transmits the information incorporated in a reservation access slot in the reserved frame. Since the slave stations 2A-2N transmit a data as being reserved, even when the load of the satellite is increased, the probability of collision is suppressed far lower. |
