PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of a cross talk by respectively connecting a pattern for a signal and a patten for an earth disposed adjacent to a flexible wiring substrate to the electrode for a signal and the electrode for the earth of an ultrasonic wave oscillator. CONSTITUTION:On the ultrasonic wave oscillator 1, unit oscillators 1a, 1b, 1c,... are linearly disposed. A packing material 2, the electrode 3 for the signal (consisting of electrodes 3a, 3b, 3c,...) and the electrode 4 for the earth are attached. On the flexible wiring substrate EPC 5, the plural patterns 6 for the signals (6a, 6b, 6c,...) and the common patterns 7 for the earth are closely disposed through an insulating member 8 and respectively connected to the electrode 3 for the signal and the electrode 4 for the earth. In such a way, a space distance between the electrode for the signal and the electrode for the earth can be reduced. Accordingly, the generation of the crosstalk between the respective oscillators can be reduced, so that the influence applied to a picture quality can be suppressed small. |
