The cut 1 through the section 6 constituting the hollow punch 10 placed on a bed 8 in the position for cutting a wad of raw material 7 by means of its cutting edges 3 when the press pushes in the direction of the arrow 9 causes the clearance angle 4 and the shoulder 5 to appear, eliminating the stresses of the cut out pieces on the walls of the punch 10 so as to facilitate their release without forcing them.
