HEAT EXCHANGING METHOD OF TANK AND TANK WITH JACKET TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing cost with simplified structure of a heat exchanger and improve heat exchanging efficiency by a method wherein the liquid film of heat medium is formed on the outer surface of a tank from the upper part to the lower part and heat is exchanged between the inside of the tank and the heat medium. CONSTITUTION:To the bottom of a ring-shaped trough surrounding a tank 1 a heat medium supply pipe passage 7 is connected. The heat medium 15 supplied into the trough 6 overflows from an overflow weir 13 facing the outer surface side of the tank 1 toward the outer wall. An adjusting plate 14 adjusts so that the liquid film of the medium 15 can flow along the outer wall. At the lower part of a jacket 4 a ring-shaped trough 8 is installed. The medium 15 recovered from an outlet pipe passage 9 is released of heat by a cooling device 12 and again supplied to the passage 7. Thereby, since the inner pressure of the tank and the jacket is low and they are fabricated with thin plates, their manufacturing cost can be reduced and efficient heat exchanging can be obtained.
