PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a constraint jig for various curvatures and to reduce uneven parts, at a panel plate, narrowing a flow path of a coolant by a method wherein a welding process at the circumferential part of the panel plate is executed prior to a curvature processing and a welding and fixing process of a spacer at an outlet/inlet flow path is executed after the curvature processing. CONSTITUTION:Button-shaped spacers 7 and belt-shaped spacers 8 are arranged at the inside of a panel plate 4 on one side and are fixed temporarily by a spot welding method. The panel plate 4 where the spacers 7, 8 are fixed temporarily is piled up on another panel plate 4 and is fixed by the spot-welding method. During this process, the button-shaped spacers 7 at an inlet/outlet flow path 5 are not spot-welded and are kept in a state that they are fixed temporarily to the panel plate 4 on one side. After the circumferential part of the panel sheets 4 sandwiching the belt-shaped spacers 8 has been sealed by a TIG welding method, the sheets are subjected to a curvature processing. The button-shaped spacers 7 which have not been fixed by the welding method prior to a curvature processing and the two panel sheets 4 are TIG-welded by using a welding machine 15.
