PURPOSE:To stabilize operation as well as to aim at the promotion of high speed, by moving an operating lever, attaching a hairpin at the tip with eccentric motion of plural crankpins, in the longitudinal direction by round rotation, in case of a polisher for a prism and a spherical lens or the like. CONSTITUTION:When a crankplate 6 is rotated by a motor and simultaneously another crankplate 16 is synchronously rotated via a timing belt, crankpins 7 and 17 are rotated in the same direction at the same speed, and the hairpin 37 attached to a tip of an operating lever 28 moves so as to describe round motion, making an abrasive bowl 39 rotated to the left. Simultaneously with this rotation, a lens bowl 42 is rotated to the right, whereby the abrasive bowl 39 polishes each lens 41 on the lens bowl 41 while doing planetary motion. In this case, bearings for these crankpins 7 and 17 and a hairpin holder are formed into an oilless bearing structure, preventing lubricating oil from scattering, while rotational friction is reduced. Thus, operation is stabilized, the promotion of high speed is aimed at, and productivity is improvable and, what is more, polishing speed is uniformized and polishing accuracy is improvable.
