PURPOSE:To improve the reliability without complicating the constitution by using the software so as to apply initial setting of the interface relation. CONSTITUTION:Plural control sections 10, 20 comprising mainly CPUs 14, 21 are provided and the information exchange to a specific opposite party is applied via programmable interfaces 11, 23 to control each controlled system. After the input ports 110, 232 of an input/output section 12 attached to the plural CPUs 12, 14 are established, output ports 111, 231 are established and after data request flags CRA7, CRB7 are cleared, a data request signal is sent within a prescribed time to attain the initializing the interface not by the hardware. Thus, the reliability is improved without complicating the constitution.
