PURPOSE:To prevent an abrasive grain body from being broken and separated as well as to make a heavy-duty grinding job performable, by covering sintered hard fine grains on an outer surface of a base material and forming an abrasive grain body, while installing this abrasive grain body after being held in flexible material. CONSTITUTION:A finishing part 18a is polished or ground by an abrasive grain body 8 appearing on a working face of a finish-cutting tool 2. At this time, plural pieces of this abrasive grain body 8 is bonded and held in a flexible material 6 on a peripheral surface of a lot of irregularities of sintered hard fine grains 12 stuck on an outer surface of this base material 10. In consequence, the finishing part 18a can be ground for high load and heavy duty without entailing any breakdown and separation of the abrasive grain body 8.
