摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to use the device as a super compact displacement sensor or a remote displacement sensor, by detecting the amount of displacement of a sheet shaped body by the displacement sensor, which is a light transmitting type or a light reflecting type and utilize opticals fiber, and arranging beam splitters in parallel or in a facing positions. CONSTITUTION:Light, which is emitted from a light projecting part, is inputted to a light receiving part fiber 10 at a rectangular surface of a light receiving multifiber 11 and transduced into a voltage by a light receiving element 12. The light receiving part fiber 10 is formed by stacking single fibers having clad parts, most desirably, by stacking fibers, whose radius (R) is 0.596 time the radius (Ro) of the consolidated fiber. Light, which is emitted from a light projecting part 20, becomes parallel light through a fiber 21 and a lens 22. The light is bent by a beam splitter 23 at a right angle and projected on a sheet shaped body 5. The image of the sheet shaped body 5 is made to pass a lens 26 and a stop 27 and inputted to a light receiving multifiber sensor 28 at a ratio of 1:1. The image is transduced into a voltage by a light receiving element 29.
