A spacer (16a) having a plurality of U-shaped bows (12, 14, 26) and transverse bars (20, 22, 24) connecting these serves as support for an upper reinforcement (28) and a lower reinforcement (32, 34) of a reinforced-concrete structural part in the form of a panel in that at least one extension member (30c) is provided, so that it juts out, on the spacer in such a manner that the lower reinforcement (32) for this concrete structural part can also be supported on the extension member and a region of said extension member is positioned nearer that plane which passes through the lower, free ends of the upright members than are the rest of the extension regions of the extension member. Either the extension end of the extension member (30c) is directed away from all the upright members (12, 14), a further upright member (30b) then being fastened on the extension member (30c) in the region of the extension end, or the extension end is directed into the space enclosed by the upright members (12, 14). <IMAGE>
