A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A MAGNETIC HEAD

The structure comprises a head assembly, a shield cover, and a printed circuit board supported on the shield cover and having a conductive pattern connected to the terminals of a magnetic head connector case secured to the PCB. The shield cover is sandwitched between the connector case and mounting plate. Moveover, the shield cover has an engaging part which engages the mounting plate. This eliminates a screw for mounting the shield cover and may be provided for recording-playbacking or erasing heads individually.
