摘要 |
PURPOSE:To improve the operation speed and to reduce the occupied area of an integrated circuit by obtaining a constant current decided by a 1st MOS transistor (TR) according to a signal inputted to a gate of a 1st TR from the drain of a 2nd TR. CONSTITUTION:The gate and source of a depletion type 1st MOS TR 11, or 13 are connected together, and connected to a power line or an earth line, and the source of a 2nd switching TR 12 or 14 is connected to the drain of the said TR. Then a constant current decided by the 1st TR is obtained at the gate according to the signal Vin applied thereto. Thus, the number of gates is reduced remarkably in comparison with a binary circuit used so far, and the operating speed is improved and the chip size is reduced. |
