PURPOSE:To eliminate malfunction in case of power source variation by changing connection positions of a capacitor and inverting charging/discharging relation. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor 9 as a substitute for a conventional capacitor is connected in parallel to an MOSFET5. Therefore, the capacitor 9 is discharged by the MOSFET5 and charged through a resistance 6. Its charging and discharging waveform and the output waveform of an inverter 8 are as shown by G and H. The capacitor 9 is charged by the MOSFET5 in case of variation of a power source, so the voltage at a point G drops at T2 simultaneously with a drop in voltage VSS. Therefore, the voltage of an output H is never inverted. |
