Device for testing electronic circuit boards, having two vacuum cassettes arranged alongside each other and aligned with each other in a basic body (2) and, in the region of the contact areas for the circuit boards (4), respectively provided adaptor pins (12) for the circuit boards. A displaceably mounted slide (14) having a slide-plate (22), extending over the vacuum cassettes at a distance vertically above is provided on the basic body in line with the vacuum cassettes. On the underside of the slide-plate, a perpendicularly adjustable carrier plate (24) is provided, which carries on its underside at least one scanning head (32) having contact pins (34). The carrier plate is provided with guiding means (52), for which complementary guiding means (54) are provided on the basic body (2) in the region of the vacuum cassettes. A drive (29) acting on the carrier plate is provided on the slide-plate, with which drive the carrier plate is adjustable against the contact areas for circuit boards. <IMAGE>
