PURPOSE:To obtain the titled food, having excellent flavor and stability and capable of ingesting eicosapentaenoic acid without unpleasant feeling, by kneading a fat or oil containing eicosapentaenoic acid and/or docosapentaenoic acid with a film-forming substance and water, forming and drying the kneaded substance. CONSTITUTION:A fat or oil containing preferably 20-50wt.% eicosapentaenoic acid and/or docosapentaenoic acid (e.g. fish oil such as sardine) is kneaded with a film-forming substance (e.g. wheat flour) and water and the resultant kneaded substance is formed and dried to afford the aimed food. |
