PURPOSE:To solidify and mold simply and efficiently an industrial waste containing a large amt. of water, by setting the second compression molding means constituting of a mandrel for an extrusion molding and twin compression nozzle members on a mold or a dice plate as the first compression molding means. CONSTITUTION:A dust where resins, fibers, non ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper and the like are mixed is put from a supplying hole 14. The dust is forcedly pushed in by means of screw blades 161 and 162, and kneaded and compressed continuously. It reaches a metal mold or a die plate 20, and is compressed to generate heat and is dischanged from a plurality of nozzle holes 26 of the mold. In the dust of smaller water content, the contained resin is softened and molded, but the dust of a large water content cannot be softened and molded as the temp. of the resin is too low. Unmolded dust is delivered in the compression passages 341 and 342 of mandrels 281 and 282 for extrusion molding and twin compression nozzle members 301 and 302 set on the screw shafts 171 and 172 by means of spiral screw blades 311 and 312 and strongly compressed by means of nozzle holes 331 and 332. The resin part is thereby softened and generates heat and dischanged from nozzle holes in a solidified or molded state. |
