PURPOSE:To provide an antiidio antibody useful for specifying an anti-galactose transferage antibody. CONSTITUTION:The refined anti-galactose transferage antibody isoenzyme (GT-II) antibody MAb3872 and Freund's complete adjuvant are formed into an emulsion; thereafter, the emulsion is immunized by a mouse. The spleen of the immunized mouse is taken out and the antiidio antibody MAb5714 of MAb3872 is produced by cell fusion with SP2/0 myeloma cell and screening of the hybridoma grown in an HAT medium. The antiidio antibody obtd. in such a manner conjugates specifically with the epitope on the variable region of the anti-galactose transferage antibody and, therefore, the means useful for specifying the anti-galactose transferage is provided. |
