The invention relates to a reduction valve for respiratory apparatus in particular, which reduction valve is actuated by means of subatmospheric pressure and has at least one actuating leaf spring (1) in a bag (2) made of an elastic material. One end of the leaf spring (1) is fastened to the valve gate (5) and its other end (3) is fastened to a holder (6).
