A strip-shaped dielectric body (1) fitted with contact elements (2) is soldered into a printed circuit board (6) of a plug-in connecting module. The wire ends (5) of a switchboard cable (3) are fixed such that they can be connected in fixing slots (7) of a chamber-like pressure piece (8) and, together with the latter, are latched onto the dielectric body (1). In this arrangement, the wire ends (5) are pressed into blade terminal slots (4) in the contact elements.
