PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of white powder scum and to enhance the adhesiveness with a photosensitive resin, by coating the surface of a polyester fiber having a specific diameter range with a polyamide resin having a specific thickness. CONSTITUTION:A polyester monofilament whose surface is coated with a polyamide resin is used. As polyamide, an aliphatic polyamide resin such as nylon 6, nylon 66, nylon 12, nylon 610 or the like is pref. adapted. The monofilament pref. has a finer diameter of 20-50mum and the strength thereof must be at least 60 kg/mm<2> from the aspect of printing accuracy. The coating thickness of polyamide is at most 10 mum but pref. made thinner so long as a weaving property, the adhesiveness with a photosensitive resin and ink permeability are satisfied. By this method, dimensional stability becomes excellent while the generation of powder scum is prevented, the adhesiveness with the photosensitive resin is good, and there is no anxiety of halation and ink permeability becomes excellent. |
