PURPOSE:To erase a recorded image without the enlarging title apparatus by mounting a recording ink sheet and an erasing sheet for erasing the image recorded on a material to be recorded and providing a thermal head capable of acting both sheets. CONSTITUTION:In the printing by the first ribbon 10, the cam surface of a cam 26 is present at the lowest position and the first ribbon 10, in such a state that a ribbon plate 12 is lowered, reaches the front surface of a thermal head. When the cam 26 is rotated in the correction printing due to the second ribbon by a motor, the cam surface of the cam 26 rises and the movement thereof is transmitted to an arm 27 by an arm guide 24 and the ribbon plate 12 rotates around a shaft 58 and the second ribbon 16 rises to the front surface of the thermal head. Further, the thermal head moves from a heating position to a retraction position by the rotation of the above mentioned motor. By this constitution, the erasure operation of a recorded character can be performed without enlarging even an apparatus having a thermal head. |
