PURPOSE:To prevent fog and to enhance resolving power, by constituting a polymer coating layer as a screen printing layer of two upper and lower layers using specific polymers. CONSTITUTION:A polymer coating layer is provided to one surface of a porous thin material as a thermal screen printing layer and constituted of a lower layer based on a thermoplastic polymer having glass transition temp. at 50 deg.C or less and an upper layer based on a thermoplastic polymer having glass transition temp. at above 50 deg.C. As the porous thin material, paper or nonwoven fabric having a basis wt. of 5-15g/m<2> formed from a natural fiber such as Manila hemp, KOZO or a MITSUMATA or a synthetic fiber such as polyester or nylon by a papermaking process or a thin polyester fiber fabric and a thin silk screen fabric can be used. By this method, no fog is generated in printed matter and the enhancement of image quality is made possible. |
