摘要 PURPOSE:To accurately measure a strain quantity without bringing into contact with a body to be measured by making two laser light beams incident on the same point on the surface of the body to be measured from laser oscillation devices and detecting their reflected light beams by 1st and 2nd detectors. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and 2nd laser light beams 8a and 8b oscillated by the laser oscillation devices 4a and 4b are converged on the same point 11 on the surface 3a of the body 3 to be measured before strain distortion. When the body 3 to be measured is strained, the incidence points of the laser light beams change, and consequently the reflected light beams from the body to be measured which are photodetected by the 1st and 2nd position detectors 5a and 5b shift in photodetection position. The signals of the photodetection positions and the signals of incidence directions of the laser light beams are inputted to a computer 6, which calculates the strain quantities at the points and displays them on a display device 7.
