PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and stabilize the responsiveness when a valve is turned on or off by arranging a spring to restrictively limit the suction force applied to a movable plunger on mating faces of a core and the movable plunger. CONSTITUTION:A spring 8 is provided between a movable plunger 4 and a core 9 to press the valve face 4a of the movable plunger 4 to a valve seat face 3a and energize a valve at the closed state. When a coil 6 is excited, a suction force is generated by the core 9, and the movable plunger 4 is sucked against the energizing force of the spring 8. A dish spring 31 is additionally provided between mating faces of the movable plunger 4 and the core 9. According to this constitution, the suction force applied to the movable plunger 4 is restrictively limited, and the response characteristic when a valve is turned off can be remarkably improved.
