<p>PURPOSE:To make a magnetic head rotate through one action every time the end of a tape arrives by separating against a movable magnetic head and providing a tape guide on the left and right sides of the magnetic head in a fixed state. CONSTITUTION:When the end of the tape arrives, a switching actuating plate 32 moves with the action of a tape end detection mechanism. With this movement a lever 28 turns and as a result a fan-shaped toothed gear 26 turns counter clock wise centering around an axis 29. The switching actuating plate 32, an arm 28, a lever 27, the fan-shaped toothed gear 26 and a small toothed gear 25 constitutes a head reverse mechanism. When the switching actuating plate 32 moves, one pinch roller separates from a corresponding capstan and another pinch roller are brought into press-contacts with a corresponding capstan. Thus, the tape begins to run in a direction opposite to current one, so that auto-reverse actions can be realized.</p> |
