摘要

PURPOSE:To achieve a stability in use, by making it possible to simultaneously provide excellent flexibility and heat resistance by using a resin modified with a specific modifier in the formation of a heat resistant layer. CONSTITUTION:This thermal recording material consists of the thermal recording layer provided on one surface of a base material sheet and the beat resistant layer provided to the other surface of the base material sheet, and the heat resistant layer is composed of a film forming resin being a reaction product of a fluorine compound having a reactive org. functional group and org. polyisocyanate and modified with a modifier having substantially no free isocyanate group. By this constitution, since the heat resistant layer has high heat resistance and low heat-adhesiveness, the thermal recording material is prevented from that the heat resistant layer is softened or becomes sticky by the heat of a thermal head and can be used extremely stably.
