PURPOSE:To enable all addressable memory spaces of a CPU to be used as a load object area by setting a physical address to be given to the memory an address at load and an address at execution switchingly. CONSTITUTION:In case of loading a program or a data, a load program access propriety control means 1600 is set to an access enable state and a setting address selection means group 1400 selects an address from a loading address setting means 1200. Loading is applied to load object memory blocks 1101-110n sequentially by a load program in this state. On the other hand, in case of using a program or a data after loading, the control means 1600 is brought into the access disable state and the selection means group 1400 selects an address from an execution address setting means 1303. As a result, all load object memory blocks are accessed as the address space.
