PURPOSE:To facilitate transmission control, by grouping and transmitting a command signal transmitted from a transmission side in a direction of a terminal equipment, the command signal transmitted from the terminal equipment in a direction of the transmission side, and the command signal between the transmission side and the terminal equipment in both directions, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The command signal relating to the transmission of an information signal is transmitted between the transmission side 100 and the terminal equipment 200 through a transmission line, and also, the command signal transmitted from the transmission side 100 in the direction of the terminal equipment 200, the command signal transmitted from the terminal equipment 200 in the direction of the transmission side 100, and the command signal transmitted between the transmission side 100 and the terminal equipment 200 in both directions are transmitted after grouping them. In such a way, it is possible to reduce load on a hardware and a software for the command signal, and also, to facilitate the debugging, the maintenance, or the adjustment of a system.
