发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING LIQUID LEAKAGE AT SLIDING SEALING PART
摘要 PURPOSE:To quickly and easily detect and measure liquid leakage by using a working fluid prepd. by dissolving 0.01-1.0wt.% org. phosphorus compd. as the working fluid of a cylinder and measuring the quantity of the above- mentioned org. compd. contained in the leaking working fluid. CONSTITUTION:This device is constituted of a sliding part consisting of the cylinder 1 and a piston 2 having a cup seal and a recovering part consisting of a nozzle 6, a pump 7 and a conduit 8. The working fluid 3 is added and dissolved with 0.5 tributyl phosphate per kg working fluid essentially consisting of 'Carbitol(R)' and is filled in this state in one side of the cylinder 1. A recovered liquid 4 is disposed in a recovering vessel 4 on the other side. After the piston 2 is moved back and forth for the specified time at this time, the piston 2 is stopped at a right end and the recovered liquid 5 is blown by the pump 7 toward the upper part of the sealing part to wash away the leaking liquid. The recovered liquid 5 is subjected to the measurement of the quantity of the tributyl phosphate by gas chromatography, by which the quantity of the leakage is detected.
