PURPOSE:To easily perform adjusting work eliminating the necessity for adjusting height in a supporting part, by enabling front and rear part supporting members of a sun roof panel to be slided and guided to each guide rail and height of each guide rail to be separately adjusted interposing a shim or the like. CONSTITUTION:A sun roof frame 4, mounted to an opening 5 formed in a roof of a vehicle, provides two sets of guide rails 21, 22, performing opening and closing slide action by engaging a slider 20 of a front part supporting member 7 and a guide member of a rear part supporting member 8 in a sun roof panel with a guide groove 24 and a guide hole 42 of said guide rails. Each guide rail 21, 22 is mounted to the frame 4 by bolts 25, 34 inserting shims 30, 51, and each guide rail 21, 22 enables its height to be individually adjusted. In this way, a step difference between the upper surface of the sun roof panel and the upper surface of the roof, eliminating the necessity for the adjustment in a connection part of each supporting member, can be easily adjusted by adjusting the height of each guide rail.
