PURPOSE:To enable the driver to save himself the trouble of continuously handling two control levers in the case of a speed change control, by providing a single manual lever which performs its handling operation to right and left directions enabling a superreduction gear mechanism or a forward-reverse transmission mechanism to be controlled. CONSTITUTION:A forward-reverse transmission mechanism 14 and a super- reduction gear mechanism 16 are constituted so as to perform a speed change control through a single manual control lever 33. The super-reduction gear mechanism 16 provides two selector mechanisms 21, 27, but the selector mechanism 21 is controlled by the single manual control lever 33. Accordingly, an exclusive use control lever is provided for the selector mechanism 27 of a reduction gear mechanism 16A for the super-reduction gear mechanism 16.
