PURPOSE:To shorten a process by unitedly forming a surface plate to be stuck to the surface of a base with the base including the edge part of the base and cutting a groove on the rear face of the surface plate at the ridge angle part of the end part to stick the surface plate to the base only by one process. CONSTITUTION:Since the surface plate to be stuck to the base is unitedly molded together with its end edge part and the rear face is stuck to the base 2 by cutting the groove 3d and bending the ridge angle part, the surface plate 3 of a front panel can be stuck to the base only by one process. Since the surface plate 3a is bent and parts forming the ridge angle parts are rounded, adhesives are not leaked, no lack is observed in the sense of beauty and fishing work such as facing can be omitted. Since the panel is produced as the finishing size, an ordinary useless process providing a material with excess size and cutting off the product after adhesion can be omitted.
