PURPOSE:To carry out the proper brake control according to the loading state of a car by urging a movable body which can be shifted by receiving the pressure on a brake valve side by an elastic device and installing a throttle part which varies the flow passage area by the shift of the movable body. CONSTITUTION:A piston 75 which is shiftable by receiving the pressure on a brake 1 side at one edge is installed in the urged state by a spring 77 between the brake valve 1 and a piston 42, and a throttle forming ring 73 which varies the flow passage area according to the shift of the piston 75 is installed. Then, in the full loading, the piston 75 shifts by a large distance and the resistance of the throttle forming ring 73 is reduced, and the air pressure sharply increases. In light loading, the shift distance of the piston 75 is reduced, and the resistance of the throttle forming ring 73 increases, and the air pressure increases gently. Therefore, the proper pressure increase for a piston 42 can be obtained according to all the loading states, and the proper brake control is permitted.
