PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity for providing a control valve for a hydraulic piston, by providing a control mechanism which automatically controls the third clutch so as to be engaged if a steering angle of a front wheel increases to a preset value or more. CONSTITUTION:Connecting a control arm 20 of a shift fork 19, which operates an interlocking tool 18a to be slided, being associated with a pitman arm 22, which serves as a member being associated with a handle 21 of a front wheel, through a cam mechanism 23 and a release wire 24, a control mechanism, which automatically controls the third clutch 18 so as to be disengaged, if a steering angle of the front wheel is smaller than a preset value, further engaged if the steering angle of the front wheel increases to the preset value or more, is constituted.
