PURPOSE:To obtain a high-reliability device which securely winds the tip part of a film into a spool by providing a claw member so that it is displaceable in a spool radial direction between 1st and 2nd stand-by positions. CONSTITUTION:When the film F is loaded in a camera and a rotary means (not shown in figure) rotates the spool 3 counterclockwise after a rear cover 6 is closed, the claw member 4 at a claw part projection position has its claw parts 14a engaged with perforations of the film F, whose tip is wound around the spool 3. Then the claw member 14 is pressed in toward the center of the spool with the tensile force of the film F and moves back to the 1st stand-by position. Then when the film F is rewound after photography, the film F is loosened, so the claw member 14 is displaced from the 1st stand-by position to the 2nd stand-by position and the film is never wound around the spool extremely in an oval shape; and take-up resistance due to a collision between a claw part 14a and a film guide roller 8 across the film is prevented effectively from becoming abnormal.
