PURPOSE:To make it possible to maintain and continue the air conditions which meet the purpose of a living room space by sending the air in a room to an absorption cylinder to separate the oxygen from the nitrogen and carbon dioxide gas, returning the oxygen to the inside of the room and discharging the nitrogen and carbon dioxide gas to the outdoor, and compensating the shortage by the outdoor air. CONSTITUTION:To the controller 23 for controlling an oxygen separator 17 an oxygen gas concentration sensor 16 and carbon dioxide concentration sensor 15 are connected. The air in a room 1 is sucked by an air compressor 3 and the compressed air is sent into an absorption cylinder 7. The nitrogen, carbon dioxide, steam, etc., are adsorbed on the absorption agent in the adsorption cylinder 7 and the oxygen gas is thickened and collected to an oxygen tank 8 through a duct 18 and check valve 20 and returned to the room 1. During this another absorption cylinder 7' communicates with a discharge gas silencer 5 and is released to the atmospheric pressure to be reduced in the pressure so that the nitrogen gas, carbon dioxide gas, steam, etc., that were absorbed on it are removed from it. The oxygen that is not yet recovered in the oxygen separator 17 is discharged with the nitrogen, carbon dioxide gas, etc., to the outside so that the pressure in the room becomes negative. In order to compensate this pressure loss the atmosphere is introduced from an outdoor air intake port 12.
