PURPOSE:To increase the surface hardness and to provide an inorg. transparent fine color and quality, by forming an inorg. transparent film by PVD on anodic oxide film of Ti or stainless steel. CONSTITUTION:Personal ornaments are obtd. by forming an inorg. transparent film by PVD on the surface of anodically oxidized Ti or stainless steel. The personal ornaments have high surface hardness, are prevented from being scratched during use and maintain the fine color and quality of the anodic oxide film of Ti or stainless steel.
