PURPOSE:To prevent resin from flowing out from between insulating layers by winding an insulating tape obtained by impregnating an impregnated resin with a hardening accelerator and including said tape in an iron core and thereafter by impregnating said tape with resin and curing said resin. CONSTITUTION:A main insulating tape 1 is obtained by heat fusion of polyimide film 1a and glass cloth 1b by a heated roll 2 with fine powder of PEEK resin 1c as an adhesive. An insulating tape obtained by sticking said materials together is immersed in an accelerator liquid obtained by dissolving a hardening accelerator in ethyl alcohol and then drying. On the other hand, a conductor is formed into a prescribed shape and wound by said insulating tape impregnated with said accelerator, included in an iron core, impregnated under vacuum with resin composed of epoxy compound resin as a main ingredient and acid anhydride curing agent as a curing agent, and further pressurized and then subjected to heating and curing. If a coil is manufactured in such manner, said resin can be quickly cured by said accelerator and it is possible to prevent resin from flowing out from between insulating layers.
