PURPOSE:To obtain a food having excellent shelf stability, by attaching a substance having fragrance, color or taste to the surface of food by static electricity. CONSTITUTION:Hung foods 3 are sent between grid electrodes 1 made of music wire or stainless steel wire stretched at both the sides of the foods by a conveyor 2, high voltage of 80-100kV is impressed from a high-voltage generator 4 through a high-voltage cable 5 between the electrodes 1 and the foods 3 are charged with voltage of the same electrode. Simultaneously smoke of a substance having specific fragrance, color or taste is raised from a fragrance generator 6 set at the lower part of the electrodes 1 and the substance is electrostatically attached to the surface of the foods. |
