PURPOSE:To accurately regulate the temperature characteristic of a 3-phase current output circuit by constructing to have similar positive temperature coefficient in first and second current sources of the output circuit. CONSTITUTION:A feeder line is formed of first-third feeders 1-3, and a 3-phase current output circuit is composed of an N-P-N transistor 6, a plurality of diodes 7 connected forwardly in series with the emitter, a first resistor 8 and a current mirror circuit 9. The fine adjustment of the temperature coefficient is conducted by regulating the resistance ratio of resistors 4, 5 at the base potential of the transistor 6. Thus, since the variations in the voltage drops with respect to the temperature by the diode 7, the transistor 6 and the circuit 9 are the same, the temperature coefficient of the rectified value of the circuit 9 can be continuously varied. |
