<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a hollow molded article having excellent transparency, gas barrier properties and mechanical characteristics, not being affected by moisture, comprising a composition consisting of a thermoplastic polyester resin, a metaxylylene group-containing polyamide resin and a specific compatibilizing agent. CONSTITUTION:(A) A thermoplastic polyester is blended with (B) a metaxylylene group-containing polyamide and (C) a modified copolymer polyester obtained by grafting (ii) an unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof onto (i) a copolymer polyester containing one or more of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, cyclohexanedimethanol and hydrogenated dimethylterephthalate as a compatibilizing agent by an extruder, etc., and blow molded to give the aimed molded article. The blending ratio of the components is preferably 5-60pts.wt. component B based on 100pts.wt. component A and the blending ratio of the component B and the component C is preferably 70:30-40:60.</p> |
