<p>PURPOSE:To correctly detect a bit of movement information by taking a difference between frames on a differential signal between lines and detecting the movement of this differential signal between frames by a signal taking the difference between frames again. CONSTITUTION:Initially, at the time of detecting the movement information of a low frequency component, television signals N11 and N21 are subtracted in a subtracter 124. The output of the subtracter 124 is fed to an LPF 151 and the low frequency component of the movement information is obtained. Then, on the high frequency component of the movement information, television signals N11 and N12 are subtracted in a subtracter 121 to obtain the difference signal a1 between lines. From subtracters 122, 123, the differential signals a2, a3 between lines are obtained. These difference signals between lines are applied to subtracters 125, 126 through BPFs 131-133, absolute value circuits 141-143 to obtain the difference signal between the frames of the differential signal between lines. This differential signal between frames is subtracted in a subtracter 127 to obtain a movement detecting signal.</p> |
